  "MOLLY DANCING is a revival of a very old English form of folk dancing that is energetic, fun and helps you to lose weight and keep fit…until you get to the pub to slake your thirst afterwards! Not bound by strict rules of tradition, molly dancing has undergone a huge revival in the United Kingdom and has attracted a large number of young people.
