PERFORMER SUBMISSIONS
 
The Mill Race Festival features traditional forms of folk music and dance from a variety of world cultures.  Contemporary singer/songwriters do not meet our requirements. 

If you are a performer whose repetoire represents an existing historical world culture, such as British Isles, Latin, Caribbean, Chinese, Middle Eastern, African etc. you may be elibigle for consideration.  New music in traditional style is acceptable, as traditions must be living in order to survive.  Even in such acts, a fair amount of public domain traditional material is advised.
